The location of the hotel is fantastic, very close to the power center of Bangalore. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge balcony offering great views of the area. Staff were generally polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, though replenishing items could be quicker. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. everything felt well taken care of. However, some systems seemed off. The air conditioning in my room was inconsistent, and after requesting assistance multiple times, it still didn’t work properly. The bathroom had some issues with a tight door that jammed on occasion, requiring service. While the restaurants on-site were praised for their food, I found breakfast flavor mild compared to expectations. I look forward to returning, but I hope improvements are made in service responsiveness and room functionality.

The hotel is near Vidhana Soudha and Tippu's Summer Palace. We enjoyed the fabulous breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. A must-try is the Dublin bar, thanks to Mumtaz for the recommendation! Don’t miss out on the great dining options too.

But hold up! The spa's hours could use a revamp, opening late at 9 AM felt off, and those housekeeping hiccups? A mini bar left empty had me scratching my head.

Just spent 3 nights and it was really nice! The room was beautiful and comfy. That colonial charm is just my thing. Had a fab breakfast at Raj Pavilion, although I wish there were more western options. Just a slight hassle getting service responses, but overall, the staff was super friendly.

the only downside was the hairdryer in the bathroom was hard to reach (kind of annoying! ). but the breakfast spread was a real delight, with plenty of options! , lovely decor everywhere, and outstanding service from the staff made my stay quite memorable.
